IT Managed Services are eNurture’s bread and butter. They’re our preferred means of engagement with our clients as they allow us to work really closely on a day-to-day basis, and can nurture long term relationships. Who doesn’t like that?
Managed Service agreements are generally based on a monthly cost per user or device. We try to keep things as straight forward as possible, but invariably use a combination of the two.
As part of that agreement, the client receives unlimited (known in the industry as “AYCE” or “All You Can Eat”) IT Support. Projects are charged additionally, at an hourly rate, and encompass anything that doesn’t fall into the category of “IT Support” as per the Managed Service Agreement. Hopefully that doesn’t all sound too complicated!
